About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape and communicate a compelling product strategy, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Own the product vision and roadmap, driving incremental value to customers while ensuring product-market fit, competitive positioning, and profitability.
  • Lead product development from ideation to launch, ensuring each feature addresses customer pain points, drives value, and contributes to financial growth.
  • Own P&L accountability for product lines, balancing customer needs with business goals and market opportunities to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven strategy for feature prioritization, backlog management, and product metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights that drive product improvements and innovation.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and sales teams to define and execute product features and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and implement mechanisms for tracking, reporting, and reacting to performance data.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams, to ensure product alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
  • An MBA or an advanced degree is considered advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Director in a scaling SaaS application, preferably in the EHS, quality management, or human capital management (HCM) space.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and coaching product management teams.
  • Proven track record of managing product development in an Agile environment, delivering complex products from ideation to launch.
  • Demonstrated experience in owning P&L accountability for product lines and making strategic decisions that balance customer needs with profitability.
