About the role
- Participate in Daily Management Team meetings to review production status and plans
- Support daily production, troubleshoot issues, and drive productivity
- Lead cost engineering design initiatives and automation projects to improve efficiency and yield
- Lead continuous improvement kaizens in production
- Collaborate on new product introductions and implement robust manufacturing solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement resolutions
- Work on a multitude of tasks exploring new technologies and concepts
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Electronic Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in production or manufacturing engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bonus if familiar with LabView, TestStand, or lean manufacturing tools
