Product Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define clear value propositions and product positioning in collaboration with Product Management.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform messaging.
- Develop buyer personas and map customer journeys to optimize engagement.
- Own marketing planning for new products, features, and services.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions aligned with business goals.
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling customer-facing messaging.
- Equip commercial teams with training, materials, and processes, including presentations, product demos, fact sheets, and customer success stories.
- Drive confidence in selling through clear communication of value propositions.
- Partner with Marketing to create high-impact content: case studies, videos, blogs, and whitepapers.
- Support integrated campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Foster a collaborative environment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize multiple projects
- Proven ability to influence and align teams around shared business outcomes
- Experience in industrial safety or EHS markets.
