Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end program planning and execution across the full Fusion SaaS portfolio
Partner with Services and Commercial leaders to deliver scalable systems and workflows
Ensure systems support complex service and subscription contracts, revenue recognition, renewals automation, and compliance with financial and legal requirements
Own the strategic vendor and partner relationship for the Fusion SaaS ecosystem
Act as the integration point across ERP, CRM, Digital, Data, Finance, and Operations
Define and track business outcomes tied to Fusion SaaS delivery
Provide clear, fact-based updates on program status, risks, and value realization to executive stakeholders
EMEA Coordination
Own the Fusion SaaS program budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field
15+ years’ experience in technology leadership with 5+ years leading large-scale ERP transformations
Proven track record delivering multi-year, multi-workstream Saas modernization programs in complex, global manufacturing organizations.
Deep understanding of ERP domains – Finance, Order Management, Revenue Management Cloud, Subscription Management, CPQ, Service, Manufacturing and Supply chain management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs, vendor relationships and executive stakeholders.
Experience managing strategic vendor/partner relationships at the executive level.
Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizational skills required
Experience with FBS, Lean, Agile, SAFe, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
