Shape the communication strategy across the North American organization supporting portfolio initiatives and ensuring brand consistency
Lead a team to make strategic decisions on visual identity, brand hierarchy, and elevate marketing tools, processes and strategy
Collaborate with marketing, product development, client services and sales to produce relevant content (Slicks, PPTs, whitepapers, videos, website content, training materials)
Create new, relevant, and engaging multichannel content that aligns with overall marketing plans/objectives
Leverage new marketing tools, processes and automation to deliver high value to customers and revenue for the business
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive public relations strategies to promote favorable media coverage and enhance reputation/NPS
Partner with North America senior leadership to craft executive messaging and strategic narratives for investor relations, corporate reputation, and internal alignment
Ensure all customer- and internal-facing marketing materials align with product-specific value positioning and branding
Evaluate and implement emerging communication technologies (AI-driven personalization, immersive media, Web3)
Pilot new platforms and formats to expand brand reach and engagement (e.g. Showpad)
Act as a global content liaison, sharing marketing assets globally while focusing on North America execution
Partner with North American sales to create sales tools, kits and define branding strategy for tradeshows and customer experience centers
Review, analyze and recommend initiatives based on analytics and KPIs (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social platforms)
Lead tactical areas of product launch including tools development, email campaigns, content development and social media planning
Identify, assess, and manage external marketing agency partners and provide creative direction
Oversee and lead the annual North America Kick-Off meeting from location selection to executive messaging support
Drive efficiency through strategic vendor partnerships, media mix modeling, and performance analytics
Act as a change agent influencing cross-functional teams to adopt brand-led thinking
Requirements
Experience leading a marketing communications team and making strategic decisions on visual identity and brand hierarchy
Experience developing and executing multi-channel content (slicks, PPTs, whitepapers, videos, website content, training materials)
Experience with PR and crafting executive messaging, thought leadership, and investor relations communications
Experience with analytics and KPIs (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social platforms)
Experience leveraging marketing tools, processes and automation, including AI-driven personalization and immersive media
Experience managing and directing external marketing agencies and providing creative direction
Experience planning and executing large-scale campaigns, events and product launches, including vendor selection and budgeting
Experience partnering with sales and senior leadership to develop sales tools and trade show branding
Familiarity with emerging technologies/platforms (Web3, Showpad) and media mix modeling
