About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strengthen execution rigor across compliance software development programs.
- Orchestrate delivery across cross-functional distributed engineering teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with engineering managers, principal engineers, technical leads, and product owners to streamline workflows, and accelerate software NPI delivery.
- Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks across development, validation, release readiness.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in accelerating AI adoption for engineering efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with PMO on engineering health dashboards including metrics for velocity, reliability, validation coverage, and AI acceleration to enable data-driven decision making.
- Act as a trusted execution and technical liaison between engineering teams, the field and customers. Support customer deployments, pilots, and escalations in partnership with engineering and field teams.
- Translate customer and field insights into concrete execution improvements, roadmap adjustments, and SDLC enhancements.
- Lead through influence to embed execution best practices, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen cross-team collaboration, communication, and operational discipline across the software organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program leadership, including delivering products to customers.
- Proven ability to lead execution across large-scale, global, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile development, SDLC, CI/CD, automation, validation, and observability.
- Proven ability to lead execution through influence, partnering closely with engineering leadership rather than owning direct people management.
- Experience with engineering tools such as Jira, GitHub, and engineering analytics platforms.
- Experience working in software-led environments that interface with hardware platforms.
