About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical consulting and support for our OEMs and end customers in dairies, breweries, and beverage production
- Identifying and developing tailored customer solutions
- Active sales in a territory with many existing customers and significant growth potential
- Collecting customer feedback (VOC – Voice of the Customer) to continuously expand customer understanding and generate input for product development
- Documenting sales activities in the CRM system
- Tracking and successfully closing customer projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in food production and sales is desirable
- Strong passion for sales and openness to modern sales approaches
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with fluent Italian and English for negotiations
- Independent and structured working style
- Sales territory: Italy
