About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Technical consulting and support for our OEMs and end customers in dairies, breweries, and beverage production
  • Identifying and developing tailored customer solutions
  • Active sales in a territory with many existing customers and significant growth potential
  • Collecting customer feedback (VOC – Voice of the Customer) to continuously expand customer understanding and generate input for product development
  • Documenting sales activities in the CRM system
  • Tracking and successfully closing customer projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in food production and sales is desirable
  • Strong passion for sales and openness to modern sales approaches
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with fluent Italian and English for negotiations
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Sales territory: Italy
