Key responsibilities & impact

Define and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning with business goals and stakeholder priorities
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical resources to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Lead Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and data management initiatives
Optimize CRM processes to improve customer experience, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency
Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management
Ensure data quality, system performance, and compliance with governance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with Salesforce as a Product Owner or CRM Manager
Familiarity with CRM systems optimization
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Understanding of sales and marketing processes
Knowledge of data management and integration best practices
Experience in driving user adoption and change management
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
Proven track record of successful product deliveries.
