About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the creation of intuitive, scalable user experiences for SaaS products
- Translate complex problems into clear workflows and high-quality designs
- Influence product direction, partnering closely with product and engineering
- Ensure consistency through strong design systems and agile execution
- Drive component library creation, maintenance, governance, and scalability
- Collaborate with engineering to align Figma → coded components at scale
- Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and design thinking activities
- Act as a trusted partner to PMs—co-owning discovery, prioritization, and solution definition
- Comfort with analytics tools (e.g., product metrics, heatmaps, usage behavior) to inform decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or enterprise products, demonstrating strong end‑to‑end design execution, complex workflow design, and consistent delivery of high‑quality, dev‑ready solutions.
- Expert proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Miro, prototyping tools)
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive UI patterns
- Knowledge of front‑end fundamentals (HTML/CSS concepts) to support smooth engineering handoff.
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled design tools (Figma Make, Lovable) and emerging design technologies
- Certifications in UX/UI, HCI, Design Thinking, or related fields (preferred)
