Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of innovative SaaS solutions
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives
Build dynamic roadmaps that connect long-term strategy to short-term execution
Translate complex healthcare requirements into usable, compliant digital solutions
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and proactive ownership in product teams
Own and act on key product performance metrics, including revenue and ROI
Proficiency in product analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Proven experience in SaaS product lifecycle management
Understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA), and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
Familiarity with SaaS fundamentals: subscription models, cloud architecture, data security, and scalability
Track record of building and scaling products in regulated environments
Leading or collaborating on AI-driven product features (predictive analytics, personalization)
Strong experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership
