About the role
- Responsible for driving new, high value sales opportunities within Shandong Province
- Support business partners during the sales cycle
- Position ISC full suite of gas detection products and services to prospective customers
- Manage and evaluate current and new distribution channels
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle at the end user and distributor levels
- Use solution selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes
- Track and update internal CRM system for sales opportunities
- Ensure a high level of product and vendor knowledge
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive growth
- Travel within Shandong Province
Requirements
- More than 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and goal oriented
- Demonstrated ethical business conduct and practices
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Experience working with distribution channels
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Fluent in English
- Gas detection experience (sales, customer service, or technical support) a plus
- Knowledge of Industrial IOT and cloud connected device technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
