About the role

  • Responsible for driving new, high value sales opportunities within Shandong Province
  • Support business partners during the sales cycle
  • Position ISC full suite of gas detection products and services to prospective customers
  • Manage and evaluate current and new distribution channels
  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle at the end user and distributor levels
  • Use solution selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes
  • Track and update internal CRM system for sales opportunities
  • Ensure a high level of product and vendor knowledge
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive growth
  • Travel within Shandong Province

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and goal oriented
  • Demonstrated ethical business conduct and practices
  • Experience working in a matrix organization
  • Experience working with distribution channels
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
  • Fluent in English
  • Gas detection experience (sales, customer service, or technical support) a plus
  • Knowledge of Industrial IOT and cloud connected device technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
