About the role
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chatbots, ensuring prompt, high-quality service;
- Open, process, track and close service orders using Salesforce;
- Communicate and dispatch service orders to field service engineers strategically, accurately and in a timely manner;
- Monitor on-site service execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met;
- Ensure all records comply with healthcare regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining full traceability;
- Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the lifecycle of medical devices, in accordance with applicable legislation;
- Support the shipment of parts and maintenance kits, tracking logistics via SAP;
- Record and maintain traceability of calibration and monitoring tools, supporting logistical planning with suppliers;
- Actively participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process and team development.
Requirements
- Technical or higher education (completed or in progress) in administration, operations, business, healthcare or related fields;
- Experience or interest in customer service, service operations or technical support;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized, with a sense of urgency and a focus on problem resolution;
- Ability to work collaboratively and customer-oriented;
- Basic level of English.
