About the role
- Support the execution of executive communications, including scripting, messaging, and channel delivery for enterprise & company-wide announcements and initiatives.
- Maintain and contribute to the enterprise editorial calendar, coordinating sequencing and prioritization of communications across simultaneous campaigns.
- Write, edit, and produce communications for internal channels including email, intranet and digital signage, ensuring consistency of voice and message discipline.
- Support enterprise events through communications planning, promotional materials, and event content.
- Partner with HR and People leaders to communicate organizational changes, culture initiatives, and employee experience programs with clarity and sensitivity.
- Support enterprise PR strategy and execution, including media monitoring, press materials, executive briefing documents, and issues response coordination.
- Maintain and update external digital presence, including corporate website content, LinkedIn, and other owned channels, ensuring brand consistency and current messaging.
- Contribute to employer brand and talent marketing efforts, including social media content and career site copy.
- Support media relations activities, including drafting press releases, coordinating interview logistics, and tracking coverage.
- Partner with PR agency to execute annual plans.
- Uphold brand voice, narrative guidelines, and visual identity standards across all internal and external communications.
- Produce multimedia and digital content—including written copy, graphics briefs, and video support- in coordination with creative and production resources.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries (video, imagery, graphics, logos) to support efficient, on-brand content production and reuse.
- Coordinate agenda for Global Enterprise town halls with senior leaders, ensuring materials and presentations are prepared for the meetings.
- Manage the solicitation of audience participation prior to the meeting through the collection of questions/feedback as well as ensuring proper follow-up.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and enable coordinated execution.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, providing clear direction and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Support crisis and sensitive communications response in partnership with Legal, maintaining speed, accuracy, and stakeholder confidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4-8 years’ experience in marketing and content creation.
- Working knowledge of internal and external communications channels, including intranets, email platforms, LinkedIn, and media relations tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills across formats - from executive scripts and company announcements to press materials and social content.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a bias toward clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
