About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers and Junior Account Managers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize ARR and growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Ensure the team understands and effectively leverages the commission-based structure to drive performance.
- Apply ongoing continuous improvement lens to territory and seek to identify and solve problems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, with a strong focus on driving ARR and growth in a B2B environment.
- 3-5 years of sales manager experience with verifiable results.
- 5-8 years of SaaS sales or Medical Device sales, preferred.
- Experience leading teams in a commission-based structure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve high levels of performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
