About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers and Junior Account Managers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize ARR and growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Ensure the team understands and effectively leverages the commission-based structure to drive performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong focus on driving ARR and growth in a B2B environment.
  • 3-5 years of sales manager experience with verifiable results.
  • 5-8 years of SaaS sales or Medical Device sales, preferred.
  • Experience leading teams in a commission-based structure.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
