About the role

  • Drive the successful implementation of Setra’s critical environmental solutions by designing, configuring, and deploying tailored systems that meet customer requirements.
  • Support sales opportunities, provide technical expertise, and ensure optimal system performance through installation, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during installation and commissioning remotely and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to certain product lines.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of the systems.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or critical environments.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, compliance, and regulations such as ISO, ASHRAE, IEC, etc.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
