About the role

  • Drive awareness and demand for Fluke products in North America
  • Lead the strategy and development of integrated marketing plans that improve business value
  • Drive point-of-sale revenue through Fluke’s partner network
  • Increase marketing campaign awareness and marketing funnel creation
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance, providing informed recommendations for ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve results in commercial marketing
  • Apply best practices to integrated commercial marketing programs

Requirements

  • A college degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience within a mid-to-large size company responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience driving results and innovation for commercial marketing programs
  • A proven ability to effectively utilize leading marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.) to identify and report on insights important to driving the business
  • An understanding of and experience working with supportive digital marketing technologies such as CMS, marketing automation (Eloqua), CRM (Dynamics/Salesforce), and eCommerce platforms
  • A collaborative and customer-focused mindset
