About the role
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect spend categories
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations
- Track, analyze, and report key procurement metrics to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and accurate requirements
- Monitor market and price trends to inform purchasing decisions
- Conduct cost analysis, scenario modeling, and benchmarking
- Assess and mitigate supplier and procurement risks
- Build strong partnerships with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure alignment with business needs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, finance, accounting, or a related function
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience negotiating contracts and supplier terms
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
