- Support key initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and retention
- Analyze customer data and improve operational processes for better customer experience
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewals, and Operations teams
- Design repeatable processes and identify automation opportunities
Requirements
- Actively working towards a degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field, graduating December 2026 or later.
- Experience with Excel or data tools is a plus (but not required)
- Interest in SaaS, customer engagement, or process improvement
