About the role
- Accountable for approved sales goals or targets
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations and strategic business plan for the responsible region
- Build new and strengthen strategic business relationships with distribution partners and customers
- Selling gas detection solutions through direct and indirect channels
- Track and update internal CRM system for sales opportunities, accounts, leads and contacts
- Drive and manage sales through forecasting, qualification, account strategy and planning
- Ensure a high level of product and vendor knowledge
- Manage and provide necessary sales and service support where needed to end user and partners
- Work in collaboration with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive growth
- Travel within Fujian, Guangzhou, GuangXi, HaiNan
Requirements
- 具备3年以上相关工作经验;
- 具备优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力;
- 具备自我驱动和目标导向的工作意识;
- 遵循端正的职业操守和道德行为规范;
- 具备在矩阵式组织架构型企业集团的工作经验,熟悉交叉管理、交叉协作的工作环境;
- 具备筹划组建、管理运行分销渠道的工作经验;
- 具备卓越客户服务精神;
- 要求英语读写流利;
- 具备气体检测业务经验者优先(销售,客户服务或技术支持);
- 了解工业物联网技术和云计算技术;
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件;
- 具备本科及以上学历。

- 通过不断学习和经验总结,保持高水平的产品知识、应用知识和专业素养;
- 负责为经销商及用户提供必须的销售和服务支持;
- 有责任与公司市场团队和客户服务团队精诚合作,推动增公司业务增长;
- 肩负辖区内福建,广西,海南
