About the role

  • Lead evolution of LANDAUER Direct platform for EMEA market
  • Manage dose transfer in the National Dose Register
  • Report directly to the Marketing Director
  • Collect Voice of Customer and identify problems to solve
  • Analyze regulatory requirements and National Dose Register needs
  • Balance regulatory compliance, user experience, and technical robustness
  • Act as voice of the customer inside the SCRUM team
  • Eliminate waste and maximize development team output to reduce delivery time
  • Own product backlog and release plans; write user stories and EPICs
  • Lead sprint planning, refinement, and SCRUM reviews; test prototypes and betas
  • Share backlog with Sales, Marketing, and IT for feedback
  • Create mockups and use data/insights to drive decisions
  • Bridge communication between Support, IT, QA, R&D, and Commercial
  • Prioritize localization and market-specific features across Europe
  • Prepare onboarding materials, release notes, and help documentation
  • Assist Sales and Support teams post-launch and collect feedback
  • Define dose transfer workflows; specify obligations to Nuclear Safety Authorities and clients
  • Partner with IT to manage dose transfer manually if automation isn't ready
  • Define product roadmap aligned with reliability, adoption, and efficiency goals

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the nuclear or medical industry
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Engineering or Master’s degree
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Proven collaborative mindset and ability to unite teams
  • Strong, clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with front-end/back-end architecture, APIs, CMS, and responsive design
  • Agile/Scrum methodology: owns backlog, writes user stories and EPICs, leads sprint planning
  • UX & analytics awareness: advocates user-centric design, creates mockups, uses data to drive decisions
  • Empathy for radiation safety officers and medical physicists
  • Prioritizes usability and accessibility in time-sensitive, high-risk environments
  • Ability to write help documentation, prepare onboarding materials, and train internal teams
