About the role

  • Compile and complete sales proposals and quotations for leasing and software-as-a-service programs in Salesforce using CPQ within required turnaround time.
  • Work with Commercial Sales Team to provide competitive quotes and coordinate with Upper Management for special pricing cases.
  • Ensure quoted equipment has proper setup and functionality before contract placement for iNet.
  • Maintain Standard Work documents for Sales Support and Contract Administration Team.
  • Resolve quotation discrepancies pre- and post-shipment and answer inquiries.
  • Provide quotes for Pre-Releasing Equipment for the iNet Program in coordination with Product Management and Sales.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineering to scope proper equipment, determine calibration gas usage/costs, and align lone worker/SAFER solutions.
  • Provide SME expertise in Kaizen events and new process creation.
  • Manage customer situations professionally with emphasis on satisfaction and retention; handle extensive on-the-phone consultations.
  • Field inbound calls, emails, and messages to the Sales Support and Contract Administration Team.
  • Perform other duties as directed by manager, including projects.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing; strong analytical skills; strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success working in a team environment, both internally and externally, to resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce.com and Oracle ERP systems
  • Gas detection experience (preferred)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Products and Services utilization in the field (preferred)
  • Experience reading, reviewing and understanding contract agreements (preferred)
