About the role
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next level of management
- Perform other assigned duties as required
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to current and prospective customers
- Advocate product benefits and resolve and/or escalate technical or scientific inquiries to the appropriate departments
