About the role

  • The US Commercial Marketing Manager for Sterilization Monitoring Consumables is responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, commercial execution, and cross-functional alignment to grow market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction within the sterilization monitoring portfolio.
  • Develop and execute US-specific marketing plans for sterilization monitoring consumables aligned with global strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
  • Partner with Sales to develop and deploy tools, messaging, and training that support field execution and drive adoption.
  • Serve as the US commercial lead for the sterilization monitoring consumables portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory teams to ensure product positioning, lifecycle planning, and launch readiness.
  • Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives to gather feedback and identify unmet needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between US Commercial, Global Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Manage forecasting, demand planning and segmentation in partnership with operations and sales.
  • Collaborate with MarComm, product development, external agencies, customer advisory groups and sales to produce relevant content and ensure all customer- and internal-facing marketing materials align with product-specific value positioning & branding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing and content creation
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing, preferably in infection prevention or consumables
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and commercial strategy execution
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Ability to quickly make data driven decisions
  • Ability to leverage MS suite of solutions (excel, powerpoint, etc)
  • Must have experience using showpad, salesforce, powerBI and other sales enablement and marketing tools.
