About the role
- Process orders ensuring compliance with the company's defined On-Time Delivery.
- Enter orders into the system and keep data up to date.
- Inform customers about delivery timeframes and status.
- Monitor import orders and send follow-ups with expected receipt dates.
- Update cases with import arrival forecasts.
- Confirm availability of items in stock.
- Provide service via phone, WhatsApp, chat and email.
- Participate in internal meetings and support the sales support team.
- Complete spreadsheets with order-related metrics.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Proven experience in customer service (please specify duration and type of service).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions efficiently.
- Empathy and a focus on the customer experience.
- College degree or technical education (in progress or completed).
- Knowledge of CRM systems or customer support platforms.
