About the role

  • Lead the UX design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Develop and implement UX strategies that align with the overall business goals.
  • Advocate for best practices in UX design and ensure a user-centered design approach.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing designs.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing successful digital products and experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
