About the role

  • Develop, implement, and oversee a global EHS&S Management System that ensures conformance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Drive sustained continual improvement in occupational safety, injury reduction, environmental performance, and operational compliance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable international, national, and local EHS&S laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Leverage historical EHS&S data to develop leading indicators to identify systemic risks, trends, and opportunities for prevention.
  • Develop and guide the implementation of proactive and preventive EHS&S programs designed to reduce and control risks that drive the effective and sustained prevention of recordable incidents across all Fluke Global Operations.
  • Manage programs for reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, water use, and aligning revenue with sustainable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related technical discipline required.
  • Master’s degree in environmental management or sustainability preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Environment, Health, Safety, & Sustainability and/or Product & Packaging Environmental Compliance with at least 5-years in a global leadership role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of European Union (EU) Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), Waste Electrical & Electronics Equipment (WEEE), Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulations (PPWR), European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), and related global extended producer responsibility (EPR) programs.
  • Strong background in EHS&S Management Systems, including development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Demonstrated success in using data analytics and leading indicators to drive preventive EHS&S performance and reduce incident rates.
  • Experience managing multi-national teams and complex compliance programs across regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
