About the role
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, acting as their advocate within the company.
- Engage in value-added conversations about our software and services, highlighting benefits and aligning them with client needs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for revenue expansion.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and issues, coordinating with support and technical teams when necessary.
- Ensure clients have a seamless experience with our capital planning software and services.
- Guide customers through the procurement process, coordinating with legal teams to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.
- Achieve critical KPIs related to renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue and enhance customer value.
- Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on account performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in renewal sales or key account management, preferably in the SaaS or capital planning software industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency with software solutions and data analytics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
