About the role

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, acting as their advocate within the company.
  • Engage in value-added conversations about our software and services, highlighting benefits and aligning them with client needs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for revenue expansion.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and issues, coordinating with support and technical teams when necessary.
  • Ensure clients have a seamless experience with our capital planning software and services.
  • Guide customers through the procurement process, coordinating with legal teams to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.
  • Achieve critical KPIs related to renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue and enhance customer value.
  • Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on account performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in renewal sales or key account management, preferably in the SaaS or capital planning software industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency with software solutions and data analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
