About the role
- Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive culture and drive engagement.
- Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and co-develop action plans to improve retention and productivity.
- Promote IDE principles across HR processes.
- Collaborate with leaders and COEs to implement tools and strategies that support an inclusive growth culture.
- Advise managers on goal setting, feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
- Support the full performance management lifecycle.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices.
- Coach leaders through employee relations matters and collaborate with the ER COE on investigations and resolution strategies.
- Support workforce actions including ramp-ups, restructures, and role eliminations.
- Use data to inform decisions and optimize resource allocation.
- Lead organizational talent assessments.
- Equip managers with tools to select, develop, and retain top talent.
- Facilitate talent reviews and development planning.
- Partner with TA and COEs to deliver training and support talent decisions.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related functions.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and solve complex organizational challenges.
- Skilled in data-driven HR practices and project execution.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
- Hands-on approach with high attention to detail.
- Experience working across time zones and global teams.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM systems.
