About the role

  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to meet or exceed company financial goals.
  • Collaborate with international channel partners to co-develop regional go-to-market strategies and joint business plans.
  • Forecast global market trends and adapt plans to shifting healthcare regulations and buyer behaviors.
  • Drive revenue through short-term wins and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Align partner growth initiatives with overall company objectives to maximize market penetration.
  • Maintain understanding of global healthcare workflows and build trust with healthcare decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and analytics tools to track performance and optimize sales processes.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing sales teams.
  • Foster knowledge-sharing and best practices between sales and channel teams to maximize outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or MHA) with a focus on healthcare, technology, or strategic leadership.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales (direct or channel) experience
  • 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven success in selling SaaS solutions to healthcare organizations (e.g., hospitals, payers, providers).
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, including RFPs, procurement, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale sales teams, enter new markets, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success in growing channel sales partners
  • Certifications in healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA), SaaS sales methodologies, or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) can be valuable.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare markets and digital health trends.
