• Determine the right technologies and architect scalable solutions that contribute to a comprehensive quality coverage strategy and track against key performance metrics
• Engage in a regular feedback cycle to ensure we’re building what the team really needs
• Lead other engineers tasked with tackling larger project demands
• Implement tools that enhance efficiency and productivity for QA and Development operations
• Integrate ongoing quality efforts throughout the development process, including build pipelines, automation frameworks, performance metrics, and other internal tooling
• Establish implementation best practices for the team, ensuring code is optimized for performance and scalability across various environments and project demands
• Participate in defining the overall Fortis QA advanced test strategy for all projects
