• Collaborate with game, publishing, platform, and tech teams to build and scale ML-driven solutions across Fortis.
• Own the research, development, deployment, and maintenance of production-grade ML tools and systems.
• Accelerate creative and production workflows using generative models and intelligent automation.
• Help grow and shape the AI engineering discipline within Fortis Labs.
• Develop clear technical documentation to communicate decisions, trade-offs, and principles to stakeholders.
• Triage and resolve complex, high-impact issues in both experimental and live environments.
• Champion clean, scalable, and high-performance architecture aligned with Fortis-wide engineering standards.
• Push boundaries on what’s possible by testing new ideas and iterating fast.
