About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and enhance the FortiSASE platform, focusing on scalability, reliability, and AI features.
Work collaboratively with engineering teams and product groups.
Innovate with team members to develop new solutions, such as AI/ML applications.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies in AI and automation.
Collaborate with operations teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in staging and production environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software development experience in the network and/or cloud security domain.
Strong programming expertise in Python and Golang.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Docker Compose.
Deep knowledge of network telemetry pipelines, leveraging Kafka and time-series databases.
Familiarity with modern AI development tooling and workflows.
Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, and OpenStack; experience with AI/ML services is a plus.
Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and perform troubleshooting.
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related fields
