Requirements

What you’ll need

previous experience in project management, technical support, software development or QA
bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
prior experience in handling complex customer escalations and working closely with sales and support engineers
knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc.
strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professionalism
self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure
