About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to client support tickets, prioritizing based on urgency
- Troubleshoot database issues and communicate clearly with both clients and internal team members
- Document resolutions in our ticketing system and track time spent on tasks
- Assist with installing, configuring, and patching Microsoft SQL Server
- Help perform regular backups and restores
- Monitor databases and perform proactive maintenance

- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team learning activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or comparable Certifications for Microsoft Data Fundamentals and Database Administrations, or related technical field.
- Familiarity with various relational databases through coursework, internships, or projects
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL fundamentals
- Exposure to database installation or configuration
- Interest in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Willingness to learn other platforms (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
