Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ) and Certinia applications
Manage Certinia objects, permissions, PSA workflows, and financial processes
Ensure system stability, performance, and architectural-standard adherence
Provide user support for Salesforce and Certinia functional and technical issues
Deliver user training, guidance, and documentation
Perform data audits and cleansing using Data Loader and Certinia data utilities
Ensure data consistency across Salesforce and Certinia
Support and configure Certinia PSA, Billing, Revenue Management, and ERP modules
Assist with project management, revenue recognition, invoicing, and time and expense processes
Support integrations between Certinia and Salesforce core objects
Maintain security best practices, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access models
Ensure governance, audit, and regulatory compliance
Conduct system health checks and platform audits
Support change requests, functional refinement, UAT, release cycles, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines
Create system documentation, configuration guides, training materials, reports, and dashboards
Collaborate with Finance, Professional Services, Sales, Operations, and IT
Recommend process, user-experience, and technical-architecture improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience administering and configuring Salesforce
Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) modules such as PSA, Billing, or Revenue Management
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, Flows automation, and best practices
Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and Import Wizard
Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, and Jenkins
Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage change requests and support system upgrades
Adaptability in a fast-moving business environment
Preferred: experience with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, MuleSoft, or ERP integration
Preferred: knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira, Confluence, or Lucidchart
Preferred: experience with sandbox management and release-management best practices
Preferred: understanding of financial or professional services processes
