About the role

  • Prepare, manage and execute detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Build and maintain automated testing tools, scripts, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the QA process.
  • Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify requirements and address defects proactively.
  • Define and uphold quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a high standard of software delivery.
  • Facilitate functional, regression, UI, unit, and mobile environments, throughout all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Investigate and resolve complex software issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimise testing methodologies and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Quality focused / excellent attention to detail
  • Organised with good prioritisation skills
  • Good spoken and written English language.
