About the role
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ business challenges and goals
- Lead well-informed, consultative meetings with senior executives
- Gain command of corporate message and deliver compelling presentations
- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term sales plans
- Engage in Opportunity Planning process
- Adhere to Forterro Sales Process and adopt sales best practices
- Negotiate contracts that align with profitability targets
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records
- Prepare and present sales forecasts to management
Requirements
- Proven sales professional with experience in high-tech or SaaS environments
- Strong track record of meeting quotas and building predictable pipelines
- Experience in consultative, value-based selling
- Knowledge of the automotive sector
- Highly autonomous and proactive
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers
- Fluency in French and business-level English
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in standard office tools
