About the role

  • Respond to incoming calls
  • Check missed calls and return calls to contacts
  • Verify the caller's compliance with their maintenance contract
  • Review the ticket content
  • Update tickets corresponding to these calls and incoming support emails
  • Add necessary information to tickets
  • Communicate with internal ticket stakeholders
  • Assess the urgency expressed by the caller for new tickets as well as existing tickets to manage ticket escalation.

Requirements

  • You are an expert in customer relations with excellent communication skills in French, both spoken and written.
  • Your versatility enables you to handle customer requests effectively.
  • You are comfortable with IT tools, particularly ticketing systems such as Jira.
  • Your organization and rigor allow you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize requests based on urgency.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
