About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners (platforms, SIs, ISVs, financial institutions). Build and execute scalable programs across events, campaigns, content, and demand generation to drive qualified pipeline and measurable impact.
  • Partner with Global Alliances to align on joint GTM motions, target accounts, and growth priorities. Support pipeline tracking, attribution, reporting, and revenue outcomes across partner-sourced and influenced opportunities.
  • Own the partner sponsorship program for Forter’s global merchant conference, IMPACT, including partner recruitment, packaging, activation strategy, and execution. Drive partner participation and activation to maximize pipeline impact, revenue contribution, and overall partner value.
  • Ensure partners are integrated across campaigns (blogs, webinars, podcasts, events) and equipped to effectively position and sell Forter. Own partner-facing enablement assets for tier 1 partners, including joint messaging, value propositions, co-branded landing pages and sales enablement materials.
  • Measure and optimize partner marketing performance and manage partner marketing attribution frameworks. Work cross-functionally with Alliances, Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps to scale programs and improve efficiency and impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing
  • Proven ability to drive partner programs from strategy to measurable results
  • Experience collaborating with sales and alliances teams to support co-sell or revenue-driven motions
  • Experience working with partners such as Salesforce or AWS
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and content creation
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise partner ecosystems and GTM models
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Data-driven and analytical, able to optimize programs for impact
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives independently
  • Proactive, ownership-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with marketing tools, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and analytics platforms
  • High attention to detail with strong creative instincts
