About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the operational management of stores on Mercado Livre (product listing and updates)
- Monitor basic performance indicators (sales, reputation, SLA)
- Assist with inventory control and product availability
- Make adjustments to listings (titles, descriptions, and images)
- Support monitoring of campaigns and commercial activities
- Liaise with internal teams (logistics, commercial/sales, customer service, etc.)
- Help ensure compliance with marketplace rules and policies
- Support the identification of operational improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry-level experience with e-commerce or marketplaces (internship or hands-on experience) — a plus
- Familiarity with operating digital platforms
- Basic knowledge of Excel
