About the role

  • The Senior Data Integration Analyst will be responsible for leading the architecture, design and evolution of the company's integration solutions, primarily using the MuleSoft platform.
  • This professional will act as a technical reference, ensuring scalability, security, governance and high availability in integrations between critical systems.
  • They will play a key role in supporting the FIGITAL strategy and enabling the initiatives outlined in the IT roadmap, such as CRM, digitization and a data-driven culture.
  • This is an opportunity for a senior integrations analyst who wants to work strategically, influencing architectural decisions and ensuring the robustness of the company's technology ecosystem.
  • You will lead initiatives that connect ERPs (Protheus, TRANSIS, AUTCOM), CRM (Salesforce) and e-commerce platforms (VTEX), ensuring efficient integration, data governance and high performance.

Requirements

  • Define integration architecture and development best practices on the MuleSoft platform.
  • Design, develop and review complex APIs and integration flows, ensuring security and scalability standards.
  • Provide technical leadership for integration projects between ERPs (Protheus, TRANSIS, AUTCOM), CRM (Salesforce) and e-commerce platforms (VTEX).
  • Contribute to the definition, governance and strategy for Master Data to ensure consistency and reliability of corporate information.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, performance analysis and optimization of critical integrations.
  • Support the definition of versioning standards, documentation and API monitoring practices.
  • Act as a technical mentor for mid-level and junior analysts.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure and security teams and business areas to define the best technological solutions.
  • Proven experience in complex integration projects with MuleSoft.
  • Experience in API architecture and designing event-driven and microservices-oriented integrations.
  • Strong experience with ERP integrations and digital ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or VTEX in high-criticality integration scenarios.
  • Knowledge of data governance and advanced Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD and deployment automation.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
