About the role

  • The Mid-level Data Analyst will be responsible for turning raw data into strategic information to support decision-making.
  • Will work with greater autonomy in structuring analyses, building metrics, and supporting business areas within the "Horizonte Data-Driven" Program.
  • This professional will play a key role in consolidating an analytical culture and advancing the organization's data maturity.
  • This is an opportunity for a professional who already has experience in data analysis and seeks a more prominent, leading role.
  • You will be part of the "Horizonte Data-Driven" Program, working on data exploration, generating strategic insights, and supporting the development of analytical models that enable smarter decisions.
  • Your work will have a direct impact on business performance, connecting data, strategy, and results.
  • Develop exploratory and diagnostic analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic indicators and metrics for different areas of the company.
  • Prepare analytical reports and executive presentations with data-driven storytelling.
  • Support the structuring of analytical datasets and the definition of strategic KPIs.
  • Contribute to the dissemination of a Data-Driven culture across the organization.

Requirements

  • Desired Experience:
  • Previous experience in data analysis and building metrics.
  • Experience in retail and direct distribution is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with Power BI or another visualization tool.
  • Experience with Python is a plus.
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Tools / Platforms:
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and Data Warehouse concepts.
  • Skills:
  • Structured analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Autonomy and organizational skills.
  • Logical reasoning and critical thinking.
  • Business acumen and results orientation.
  • Power BI certifications or courses in data analysis are a plus.
