About the role
- Act as the technical reference for the TOTVS Protheus ecosystem, ensuring the stability, performance, and evolution of the environment.
- Perform business requirements analysis, translating area demands into efficient system solutions.
- Lead system integrations (Protheus with legacy systems and external APIs).
- Work on implementation, migration, version upgrade, and module restructuring projects.
- Execute performance analysis and optimization of ERP processes and routines.
- Provide advanced technical support (Level 2) and handle critical incident resolution.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for solutions.
- Support business areas in process improvement with a consultative approach.
- Participate in architecture definitions and best practices.
- Support and mentor mid-level and junior analysts, acting as a technical mentor.
Requirements
- Solid experience with TOTVS Protheus in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of TSS, TAF, SIGAFIN, SIGACOM, SIGAEST, SIGAFAT, SIGAPLS, SIGAGPE (or equivalent modules).
- Experience with version upgrades, patches, releases, and layout updates.
- Familiarity with staging (homologation), production environments, and versioning.
- Ability to work with critical incidents and mission-critical environments.
