About the role
- Accelerate Fortbras' sales results through the design and execution of integrated commercial incentive campaigns
- Plan, structure and manage the annual seller incentive campaign calendar by retail banner
- Ensure proactive, creative, financially sustainable and data-driven actions
- Create and manage the annual incentive campaign calendar for the sales team
- Ensure alignment with the company's commercial strategy, business seasonality, category priorities and suppliers
- Be proactive in campaign creation, identifying opportunities to accelerate sales, increase account penetration, and drive product mix and margin
- Work in partnership with the Categories team
- Ensure creative and differentiated executions with high seller engagement potential
- Measure: incremental sales uplift, impact on margin and mix, and campaign ROI
- Ensure campaign governance (rules, communication, reporting/reconciliation)
Requirements
- Experience in commercial incentive campaigns
- Strong analytical skills applied to sales
- Experience in communication and creating marketing/communication materials quickly, agilely and simply
- Knowledge of commercial metrics, product mix and margin
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous campaigns
- ✔ Experience in retail or B2B distribution
- ✔ Experience with trade marketing or sell-out
- ✔ Interface with suppliers and budget negotiation
- ✔ Close work with category teams and commercial leadership
