About the role

  • Accelerate Fortbras' sales results through the design and execution of integrated commercial incentive campaigns
  • Plan, structure and manage the annual seller incentive campaign calendar by retail banner
  • Ensure proactive, creative, financially sustainable and data-driven actions
  • Create and manage the annual incentive campaign calendar for the sales team
  • Ensure alignment with the company's commercial strategy, business seasonality, category priorities and suppliers
  • Be proactive in campaign creation, identifying opportunities to accelerate sales, increase account penetration, and drive product mix and margin
  • Work in partnership with the Categories team
  • Ensure creative and differentiated executions with high seller engagement potential
  • Measure: incremental sales uplift, impact on margin and mix, and campaign ROI
  • Ensure campaign governance (rules, communication, reporting/reconciliation)

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial incentive campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills applied to sales
  • Experience in communication and creating marketing/communication materials quickly, agilely and simply
  • Knowledge of commercial metrics, product mix and margin
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous campaigns
  • ✔ Experience in retail or B2B distribution
  • ✔ Experience with trade marketing or sell-out
  • ✔ Interface with suppliers and budget negotiation
  • ✔ Close work with category teams and commercial leadership
