  • The Junior Analytics Analyst will work on developing Business Intelligence solutions with a focus on Power BI, supporting the company's data-driven strategy.
  • This professional will be part of the "Horizonte Data-Driven Program - Data Intelligence and Predictive Insights", contributing to insight generation and promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Support the collection, processing and validation of data for BI analyses.
  • Collaborate with data and business teams to understand information needs and translate them into BI solutions.
  • Participate in creating and publishing semantic models for consumption by business areas.
  • Contribute to spreading the data-driven culture within the company.

Requirements

  • **Requirements, qualifications, tools, skills, courses and certifications:**
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
  • Tools/Platforms: Expertise in Microsoft Power BI (report and dashboard creation, DAX). Knowledge of SQL. Familiarity with Excel.
  • Skills: Analytical mindset, proactivity, organization, clear communication, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the data field.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
