About the role
- Lead multiple scrum teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Collaborate with Product Managers and scrum teams to drive value with each sprint
- Remove any impediments and coach and collaborate with teams on removing those obstructions
- Help the scrum teams to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owners, scrum teams and provide guidance
- Ensure deliverables are up to high quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions by coordinating with scrum team, product owner and Product management
- Conduct sprint retrospective, sprint demos and sprint reviews
- Report on team velocity, bug queue, feature/tech debt etc
Requirements
- We are looking for Scrum master with at least 5 years of experience and leading scrums for hybrid Cloud solutions.
- Prior experience in leading multiple small scrum teams
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (user stories, story points, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt and change in fast paced environment
- Self-driven, motivated and ability to stay focused in high pace environment
- Degree in computer sciences or similar field
- Scrum master certification is required (SAFe or similar)
- Experience with working companies developing modern SaaS / Cloud / Microservices based products
