About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide psychiatric services to individuals who otherwise may not have access to care.
- Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with Fort Health’s network of licensed therapists.
- Adhere to Fort Health’s platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training.
- Provide unparalleled clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform.
- Provide software and operational feedback to Fort Health’s in-house engineering and operational teams to improve products, workflows and care delivery.
- Implement medication treatment plans for mild to moderate disorders in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, therapists, along with outside providers.
- Ability to message between sessions to support patients and communicate with other internal providers.
- Engage and collaborate in clinical meetings, supervision, and team meetings as appropriate.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensure: You’re a fully licensed, ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in NJ (NY also a plus).
- Must possess a minimum of one year of experience as a (PMHNP) specifically working with children and adolescents post clinicals.
- NPI Number: We can point you in the right direction if you don’t have those yet!
- DEA: You have a DEA number, or you’re open to acquiring one.
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet access with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- Desire to work with and learn from some of the top child mental health experts in the field.
- Bilingual English / Spanish highly preferred.
- Commitment to working with diverse populations and diagnoses.
- Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting, 3 years and up.
