💰 €45,000 - €50,000 per year

About the role

  • Draft or assist in drafting contracts for clients and/or suppliers, and for the company’s private or public partners
  • Provide support to operational teams in various forms: responses to tenders (RFPs), drafting framework agreements and partnership contracts
  • Assist the Head of Legal in managing the group’s international subsidiaries
  • Manage the company’s litigation in coordination with the company’s external counsel
  • Oversee the group’s compliance program
  • Provide information and legal advice within the company, notably to operational teams and senior management on legal issues related to projects (commercial law, competition law)
  • Draft briefing notes and legal recommendations to ensure the company’s compliance with current legislation or to anticipate regulatory changes

Requirements

  • A strong passion for innovation and clean energy
  • A thirst for learning and for pushing your boundaries
  • Good understanding and ability to correctly interpret statutes, regulations and case law
  • Solid knowledge of French, European and international regulatory frameworks
  • Mastery of European and international commercial law, competition law and EU law
  • Good knowledge of GDPR standards and compliance
  • Law degree in business law or contract law, ideally complemented by an LLM or international experience
  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in a law firm and/or in the legal department of an international group
  • Excellent command of English required
