- Financial management of third-party funds for EU projects
- Ongoing project monitoring and fund administration
- Processing of travel expense claims
- Monitoring compliance with grant funding guidelines
- Preparation of financial statements and expenditure reports and support for project audits
- English-language communication and administrative help-desk function for project partners
- Preparation and presentation of information
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree or commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in finance or third-party funding administration
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in administering publicly funded projects
- IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel, SAP)
- Very good command of English
- Strong numerical/mathematical understanding
- Accurate and detail-oriented working style
- Good communication skills
- Service-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills
