About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the management, optimization, and adoption of core business systems and tools within the Technology department
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure project and development management platforms are well‑configured, easy to use, and aligned to business needs
  • Improve visibility through dashboards and reporting, bringing data together from multiple sources
  • Support technology adoption through hands‑on training and enablement
  • Create practical training materials, lead tool walkthroughs and onboarding sessions
  • Facilitate office hours, if needed
  • Administer and maintain Jira and Airtable, including user access, permissions, workflows, and configurations
  • Support intake workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting to meet business needs
  • Perform routine audits, cleanup, and documentation to ensure systems remain reliable and scalable
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and track resolutions
  • Design and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into operations, usage, and key metrics
  • Work with Technology leadership to define reporting needs and ensure dashboards are relevant, accurate, and actionable
  • Continuously improve reporting and data structures to support decision-making
  • Develop and deliver training materials such as guides, walkthroughs, dashboards, and live sessions
  • Serve as a point of contact for onboarding new users to tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out changes, enhancements, and new capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in systems administration, business operations, analytics, or technology operations
  • Hands-on experience administering Jira and Airtable in a business environment, or comparable project / development tracking tools
  • Experience creating dashboards or reports to support operational visibility
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Comfort leading or facilitating training sessions and user enablement activities
  • Familiarity with AI or generative AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
